What We Don't Allow

Harmful Content

  • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
  • Content involving minors in inappropriate situations
  • Illegal activities or content

Spam and Misinformation

  • Repetitive or irrelevant posts
  • False or misleading information
  • Promotional content or advertising
  • Impersonation of others

Anonymous Posting Guidelines

  • Anonymous posts should still follow all community guidelines
  • Don't use anonymity as a shield for harmful behavior
  • Respect others' choice to post anonymously
  • Don't attempt to identify anonymous users

Responding to Others

  • Be supportive and non-judgmental
  • Avoid giving unsolicited advice unless requested
  • Respect different perspectives and experiences
  • If you disagree, do so respectfully
  • Don't minimize or dismiss others' experiences

We understand that confessions can cover sensitive topics. Please consider using appropriate category tags and content warnings when sharing:

  • Mental health struggles
  • Relationship issues
  • Family problems
  • Workplace conflicts
  • Personal regrets or mistakes

Reporting and Moderation

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

  • Use the report function on posts or comments
  • Contact our moderation team directly
  • Provide specific details about the violation
  • Don't engage with the problematic content

Consequences

Violations of community guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Warning messages
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
